5-day titration schedule provided via starter pack

  • Can be administered with or without food
  • Tablets should not be split, crushed, or chewed
  • OTEZLA dosage should be reduced to 30 mg once daily in patients with severe renal impairment
    • – For initial dosage titration in patients with severe renal impairment, it is recommended that OTEZLA be titrated using only the AM schedule and the PM doses be skipped. From day 6 on, the dose of OTEZLA is 30 mg once daily.

OTEZLA offers the simplicity of oral dosing.
